KAAD is an all-volunteer organization that relies on the energy of members of the community to keep the station alive. Participation at the station comes in many forms.

Out Front Talent: There are the obvious participants – those folks who make programs, whose voices are heard on the air. We are always looking for new people to shine and new program possibilities to entertain and enlighten that range from music to talk.

Behind the Scenes: There are also countless jobs that cry out for the doing. Want to help kids create radio? Ever tried you hand at grant writing? Maybe you’re part of the Mother Lode’s vast talent pool? Or maybe you’re part of a community that needs a louder voice? We have a million jobs, large and small.
